A public account-deletion route for Soft Wealth members.

Request account deletion

If you want to delete your Soft Wealth account and you cannot access the app, email us from the email address connected to your Soft Wealth account.

Request account deletion

For your protection, we will verify that you control the email address linked to the account before completing deletion. Do not send passwords, access codes or payment information by email.

What deletion removes

Once verification is complete, deletion removes the Soft Wealth account and associated active account data, including saved Blueprint responses, Blueprint snapshots, Financial Position data, Guided Path progress, Today reflections and Soft Notes state, subject only to any narrowly necessary legal, security or compliance retention.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until the applicable backup rotation completes. These copies are not used for ordinary product purposes.

Marketing emails

If you separately joined the Soft Wealth mailing list, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. You can also ask us in the same deletion request to remove or suppress the related marketing record.
